S4S Eligibility Criteria

  • You must be 18 years or older
  • Have no serious injuries or medical conditions (we are not doctors or rehab guys)
  • Have some experience in weight training
  • Have some experience with counting calories
  • Be open to having live consultations over Skype or other live call programs
  • Agree to follow our weekly video check-in format (this requires you to film yourself once a week talking about your program and how you feel it is progressing)
